Goswami Army Goodwill School, Hanzik, celebrated World Tourism Day on 27 September 2026 with great enthusiasm to raise awareness about the importance of tourism, cultural diversity and the preservation of our natural and historical heritage.
The programme featured a speech by Samrah Hilal of Class 7th, who highlighted the significance of World Tourism Day. Maheen Fayaz of Class 6th also spoke about the importance of tourism and its role in promoting cultural understanding, exploring new places and appreciating different traditions.
A meaningful skit was presented by the students of Mehjoor House — Zoya, Azam, Ahmad Farhaan, Suriya, Masooma, Mehnoor and Hadiya. The performance conveyed the importance of tourism and encouraged students to value cultural heritage and responsible travel.
